Washington County Indoor Championships
North Hagerstown boys and Smithsburg girls won. It was the 6th straight championship for the Smithsburg girls. North Hagerstown piled up 150 points to become the first boys victor other than Smithsburg or Boonsboro in the last 7 years.
Individual stars were Hunter Cross (7.6), Tim Mason ( 4:35.2 and 9:58.2), Matt Peters (52-0.5), Meagan Verdeyen 37-11.5, Ellen Tierney (8-3 PV). Double winners were Erica McCann, Kari McCarty, Heather Jenkins, Ellen Tierney, Cameron Miller, and Tim Mason.
