Allyson Felix (L.A. Baptist HS) places third in USATF Seniors 200m final to qualify for the World Championships in Paris this summer! Shalonda Solomon (LB Poly) won the USATF Juniors (19-and-under) 100 and 200 to advance to the Pan-Am Juniors in Barbados!

Felix even cramped up during the semis! "I am very excited to have made the team. I was very prepared. In the semifinal, my left hamstring started to cramp up the last 50 meters. I got a lot of work on the hamstring after the semifinal. I thank the Lord to have made the team."
