Only one of the Knight Twins was in relay action, yet the Eagles of La Sierra
flew around the track in a state-leading 10:30.52 distance medley effort on Friday night!
Coach Will Jacobsmeyer has vowed that the Knight Twins would focus on relay
action througout the regular season before throttling it up in the 1600/3200 at CIF!
Day One Results! - Only high school action were the DMRs, where La Sierra's boys lit up the place!
