at the meet -- all the action on the sidelines Friday and Saturday nights - the sidelines, smiles and waves - SPARQ, opening ceremonies, MVP's - sprints and hurdles - distance - relays - jumps and throws - athletes on the side - workerbees.

Hurdles

David Klech CA won both the 110m and 300m hurdles and also competed in the high jump
Shana Woods CA won the 100m hurdles.
