HS coach Robert Radnoti.
Here's the Victory Lap at the Thousand Oaks 24-Hour Relay. We
finished at 9:22 this morning with 88 of exactly 100 starters completing
the entire 24 hours. The get Psycho Runner T-shirts. We had a midnight
swim/dive at the TOHS pool and kept all the relay teams going. The kids
seemed to have had a blast.

- Important caution on Sunset in The
Park: HS cross-country athletes CANNOT run unattached on a scoring team
in this race, since it takes place after the official XC starting date
by CIF rules. You can race on your own, but if you run for a scored
squad, you commit a CIF-SS violation. Unattached competition is supposed
to mean competing on your own, not as part of a scoring team -- the
term 'unattached team' is an oxymoron.
