Boys: Middletown won 6 events - Reed Saunders PV 12-6; Greg McCormick HJ 6-2; Steve Hansen 55H 8.1; Paul Dorsey 800 2:05.1; Nick Kridler 300 1:13; and the 4x800 relay 9:11.4. Walkersville's Doug Allen doubled in the distances, 9:38 and 10:25.3.
Girls: Middletown won only 3 events, but had plenty of depth -- Kathy Harrigan 3200 12:19.1; Natalie Dye PV 9-9; and Trinette Price HJ 5-2 (with Cammie Davis 2nd 5-0). Catoctin fr Catherine Olsen won two tough stretch duels - the 800 over Middletown sr Liz Lake, 2:34.1 to 2:35.1, and the 4x400 relay anchor over Smithsburg, 4:33.5 to 4:34.1.
