Sat.     20min. warm-up, 6 x 800 start at 2:38 finish 2:28 ( 2 min rest), 1 mi cool down

The week before the State Meet:
Sun.     off
Mon.     7 mi / 5 strides
Tue.     5 mi easy
Wed.     20 min warm-up, 400-600-600-400-300-200-100
          (:66-1:41.5-1:42.7-:64.5-:48.1-:30.2-14.3), 1 mi cool down
Thu.     30 min easy
Fri.     5 mi / 5 strides
Sat.     4:37 mile and 2:06 4x800 anchor leg
