Above are the winners from the girls' pentathlon, contested at the beautiful new Claremont HS facility. Junior Allie Miller of Los Altos HS (Northern California) won the five-event competition with a score of 2596 to edge out Jessica Delaunay (yes, another sister in action for a great athletic family!), who scored 2531. Rains in the morning, no doubt. But these ladies toughed it out for a fine day of performances!
