| Top national highlights - Norman sr Cameron Tabor took double gold in the 6A boys throws, hitting 62-05.50 for the SP win, and improving on his own US#2 mark by reaching 210-00 for victory in the DT. Santa Fe's Daeshon Bufford was runner-up in the discus at 190-09
- US leader Jack Whitt (Norman North sr) handily won the 6A pole vault with a clearance of 17-00.00
- Midwest City sr Carissa Levingston helped lead her team to the 6A girls title with four golds. She won the 6A 100 in a wind-aided 11.48 (+4.6), took a windy 200 final in 23.92 (+6.9) after recording a legal 23.67 (+1.1) in the prelims, and ran legs on the winning 4x100 (47.99) and 4x400 (3:51.43) relay teams
- Stillwater sr hurdler Nathaniel Winfrey swept the barrier events, cruising to a wind-aided 13.92 (+2.8w) 110H victory, and doubling 37.78 in the 300H
- Boyea Lockett (Tulsa Union sr) grabbed a windy 6A sprint double, taking the 100 in 10.48 (+5.3) and the 200 in 21.27 (+4.1)
- Santa Fe sr Constance Ezugha reached 19-08.25 (nwi) to take the 6A girls long jump, and added a 44.94 win in the 300H
- The 5A boys high jump saw a duel over 7 feet, as Guthrie's Donte Foster took the gold with a 7-00.00 clearance that beat Claremore's Dwayne Goldask (7-00.00) on the countback.

- Megan Fuller (Sequoyah sr) took home titles for her 39-11 SP and 139-1.00 DT
- Madill sprinter Darryl Fields finished first in the 200m dash (22.00) and 400m dash (48.96)
- Tyler Payton (Jay) won the 800 in a time of 1:56.36 (South #23)
- Douglass boys finished first in the 4x100 (43.05) and 4x400 (3:23.30)
- Grove vaulther Dusty Gehrke cleared a height of 15-0.0 for the pole vault title
Class 3A Highlights
- Tishomingo junior Lacey Dickerson moved up to #19 on the DyeStat South Region performance list with her 44.40 300m hurdle win
- Marietta girls rock the relays with wins in the 4x100 (49.80), 4x200 (1:45.42) and 4x400 (4:02.50)
- Sulphur junior Rylee Rackley won the shot put with 39-10.5
- Pawhuska sophomore Sarah Tolson claimed the discus victory with a throw of 132-9.0
- Micheal Ervin (Millwood Falcons) took gold in the 100m dash (10.88) and 200m dash (21.90)
- Tyren Samuels (Vian) blazed to a 39.30 300m hurdle first place finish
Class 2A Highlights
- Hennessey vaulter Evan Shimanek cleared 11-1 for her state title
- Travis Bish (Hobart) earned top honors in both the 400m dash (49.91) and the 800m run (1:57.79)
- Pawnee Cameron Heisler finished first in the 110 hurdles in 14.86
- Daniel Valderas (Snyder) won the 300m hurdles in a time of 39.44
Class 1A Highlights
- Whitney Day (Okeene) won the 400m dash in 59.53
- Jacklyn Nail (Sasakwa sr) claimed first in both the 100m hurdles (15.60) and 300m hurdles (47.07)
- Laverne sophomore Hartly Carlisle threw 36-1.00 in the shot put and 130-2.00 in the discus competition for her throws double
- Matt Benham (Okeene ) took first place in the 300m hurdles in 41.36
