Pun Chittchang of South
Carroll, a University of Maryland signee, became the first
Maryland girl ever to top 20 feet in long jump. She also triple
jumped 40-1.
Tim Bilmanis of Thomas
Stone broke the oldest record in the Maryland book, a 32-year
mark in discus.
James Graham of
Northwestern ran the 300 hurdles in 36.51, almost a full second
better than the old Maryland state record.
