J. J. Duke (725) has slight lead over Ryan Hall (1080)
Poop Out Hill - still a big lead pack in the second mile

The crowd at the finish line couldn't see the runners until
the last 20 meters. They heard announcer Tim O'Rourke call Ryan Hall in
the lead on top of Reservoir Hill. O'Rourke reminded everyone that Hall
covered the last 800 meters in 2:02 in his Mt. SAC course record run 3 weeks
ago. So it was a huge shock to see the bright orange jersey of Flathead
Kalispell MT's Seth Watkins appear in view. Watkins and teammate David
Vidal charged past Hall with 200 meters to go.
