SCHOOL CONTRACT - FORM 3-C

It is hereby agreed between PORTAGE CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL, party of the first part (1), and (attending school) School, party of the second part (2), that their X Boys X Girls X Varsity X JV X 9^th X 8^th X 7^th CROSS COUNTRY teams shall compete at PORTAGE XC INVITATIONAL on Saturday the 7^th day of OCT, 2000 at 9:00 am o'clock. Both parties (1 and 2) hereto mutually agree that the Rules of Eligibility of the Michigan High School Athletic Association, Inc. shall govern participation in this contest and that properly certified list of players, signed by the superintendent or principal of each school, shall be exchanged in accordance with MHSAA Regulations. Both parties (1 and 2) also agree that the registered officials shall be mutually agreed upon not later than ten days prior to the contest. The visiting schools may list here, the names of officials who are not acceptable:

The party of the first part (1) agrees to pay to the party of the second part (2) the sum of $ at the close of the contest.

CONDITIONS:

High Schools - $80 per team or $140 for both men's and women's teams

Middle Schools - $20 per team or $30 for both boy's and girl's teams ($4 per runner for incomplete teams)

This contract may be canceled or altered only by mutual agreement of the contracting parties, as provided by the Michigan High School Athletic Association, Inc.
