Officer Cherry, Clark County School District,
on duty at the Las Vegas Classic

Officer Cherry who moved to  Las Vegas after retiring from the New York City Police Department, invited his nephew Isaiah and the Benjamin Banneker team to visit Las Vegas.  They came and took 1st place in the 4 x 800meter.

Workerbees

Putting on a meet takes considerable effort, time and a host of volunteers.  Working to keep all things in order is the meet director, timer, chute tenders and course monitors.  Here are a few of those busy people otherwise known as workerbees.
