  • Heptathlon - Shana Woods starts with 19-04.25 in LJ - she's in 10th place Shevell Quinley dropped out - Shana over 5-06 in HJ and sits in 12th place - Shana 29-03.75 in the Shot Put - 24.33 200 puts her in 12th place after first day
  • 100m Hurdle Semi-Finals - US's Ofili and Clarke look sharp into Finals
