Racing himself right into the national distance-running scene,
Cardinal Newman HS senior J.K. Withers sliced nearly 10 seconds
off his lifetime best for a stunning state-leading 4:10.7 performance.
Stanford-signed College Park senior Lindsay Allen also recorded
among America's best outdoor 3200m times so far, in a 10:46.6 effort!
