Place: Whittier College,

Time: Field Events= 8:00 Running Events= 9:00
Entry Fees: $300 per school
Admission: Per Contract

Dressing Room: No dressing room or locker room facilities will be provided.

Trainer. EMT only.

Bus Parking: At the upper east end of track stadium. Parking attendants will be on site in the morning to assure bus order.

General Parking: Below stadium.

Concessions: Food and drink will be available all day at the track.

Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 5 finishers of each heat/ flight.
Trophies will go to the winner of individual events.
Athletes will be awarded at finish line.

Uniforms: Please make sure your athletes conform to the National High School Federation rules regarding uniforms. All participants must wear school issued uniforms.
Anyone not wearing school issued shorts or top will be disqualified.

DUE DATE: All meet entries with entry fees are due March 19th. Please mail your entries along with your check to:

Entries not received by March 19 will not be guaranteed entry in all events.

Relay Event Entries: Place the appropriate names of athletes on the 3 different forms. Each form is divided by event type. List the REAL time for each event. As we will be rating heats and flights by time or distance instead of grade level, it is every coaches responsibility to treat marks with care. If you do not place a mark, the selection committee may not place the individual. We will attempt to make each heat competitive for those in them. Fastest heats/ flights will be the scoring heat/ flight… marked as the #1 heat or flight.

Field Event and Hurdle Entries: You will be allowed to enter unlimited athletes per division in each field event and the hurdles. Athletes will compete on an individual basis. Each event will be seeded into flights with athletes of equal ability competing against each other. Please be as objective as possible when submitting marks for your athletes.

Time Schedule: The times listed on the entry form are tentative. The order of events will not change but, depending on final entries, the time schedule may vary slightly. In the field and running events the best athletes will compete in the first flight. The times for the first field and running events will not change.

Team Packets: When you arrive at Whittier College, you will pick up your team packet (after your payment has been received). The team packet will have admission tickets for each member of your team and coaching staff. If some of your athletes are arriving late, then leave the appropriate number of tickets at the credentials table for them.
