Former age group Junior Olympic champion Michael Webley 1:56.89 passed Fordham Prep's Jose Fernandez on the last lap to win the "seeded" section, but Oxon Hill MD sr Isaac Matthews (above) came out of the 3rd section to win the overall event in 1:56.43.
