The Hill - Boys The key to the race was The Hill, which is traversed twice in the double loop figure 8 course. For some, like Chris Solinsky, it was the key to success. For others, it was their downfall. Bob Kennedy talked about The Hill in his remembrance of his two visits to Balboa Park (1986-1987).
