2005 Texas State Meet

It was very windy today, so the times were a little slow;
however the races were very good.

In the boy's race, Southlake Carroll soph Colby Lowe, took it out pretty hard. Duncan Phillips (a junior) did not catch him until
the last 1/2 mile and then it was a sprint to the finish.

Nichole Jones took that race out hard and had a good lead, until
yet another Southlake Carroll runner, Brooke Upshaw, caught
her at the same place as the Lowe got caught.
Upshaw ran away with it at that point.
