Individual Events: $30 per event
Relays: $95 per relay (All-Star relays not allowed).
NORMAL ENTRY: postmarked by Tuesday, May 28, 2002 and may
be in the form of a U.S. check or money order.
LATE ENTRY: Received by Tuesday, June 4, 2002 and accompanied
by a $25.00 per event late fee - MUST be in the form of a U.S. money
order or bank check.
SUPER LATE ENTRY: Received by Monday, June 10, 2002 and
accompanied by a $35.00 per event late fee (must be in the form
of a U.S. money order or bank check).
NO MEET-DAY ENTRIES AND NO LONGER EXCEPTIONS FOR STATE MEETS ON
THE WEEKEND PRIOR (June 7-8, 2002).
THERE IS A $25 PER EVENT SURCHARGE FOR ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT
ENTRY FEES OR P.O.; NO REFUND FOR ENTRIES RECEIVED NOT MEETING ENTRY
GUIDELINES.
RELAY ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT RELAY NAMES WILL BE REJECTED AND
RETURNED.
Entries MUST be accompanied by fees PAID-IN-FULL, INCLUDING LATE
FEES Make check or money orders payable to "NSSF". Your
canceled check is your receipt.

ENTRY FORM CHANGES
The individual entry blank now contains biographical information
normally required at registration.
Please fill out this section in its entirety.
- The relay entry blank now requires the same information as that
for individual entries.
- Note addition of a new event, the Freshman Mile.
- Use the same relay entry blank for Youth events (relays) as with
high schools.
- Use one entry form per relay. You may make copies of the entry
form.
