ADMISSION: General Admission - $4.00

EVENT LIMIT: One entry per school in each individual event. 
A Second entry is allowed if the individual has met meet standards in that event. One entry in each relay if they have met the meet standards.

ENTRY FEES: $80.00 per team (boys and girls considered separately) and $25.00 per individual. No entries will be accepted without an entry fee enclosed. Check must be made payable to T. C. Williams Track Boosters. There will be no refunds.

ENTRY FORMS: There will be no additions and or substitution after the entry deadline.

SCRATCHES: Must be made before 12:00 noon, Monday, May 30. There will be no coaches' scratch meeting.  If you scratch a runner on the day of the meet, that athlete cannot compete in any running event, including relays, for the entire meet.

SCORING: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 FOR ALL EVENTS.

TRACK: 400 Meter Synthetic Surface - flats or 1/4" spikes may be worn.  No other types of spikes may be used. T. C. Williams will have six adjustable starting blocks to be used by all teams. DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN BLOCKS.

EVENT RULES:   
VHSL and National Federation rules are in effect for the meet
400 Meter Dash will be run in lanes. 
200 meters dash will be run on a J. 
Pole vault. Long, triple and high jumps will have synthetic surface runways. 
Shot and discus are thrown from concrete circles. 
Port-A-Pit will be used for pole vault and high jump.
A contestant may compete in any number of field events but will be limited to participation in only three running events, except that a contestant who competes in the 3200-meter run may compete in only one other running event.
