Dear Meet of Champions Participants:

We are delighted to confirm Holiday Inn I-54 as the host hotel for The Meet of Champions. The following information is to be used as a guide for making reservations. Please make sure to mention that you are with The Meet of Champions. Your property contact will be Barclay Onderdonk.

Reservations must be made by March 24, 2001 to receive the group rate of $55.00 which includes a full breakfast buffet for up to four people per room. Reservations after this date are subject to availablity.

Reservations may be made by calling toll free 888-342-4200 or toll 334-342-3220. Please call during normal business hours (Mon-Fri) or leave a message oand someone will return your call promptly. Please DO NOT call 1-800-HOLIDAY - they do not handle special group rates.

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee for arrival. At check-in, each individual may pay cash, school check, or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. Call the hotel to cancel rooms and receive a cancellation number or you will be charged for first night's room and tax.

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 Noon.

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOLIDAY INN I-65

From the Mobile Airport, take a left-hand turn onto Airport Boulevard. At approximately 7 miles east (after Montlimar Avenue but before I-65) exit right from Airport Boulevard onto the parallel service road that turns into Beltline Highway (service road runs parallel to Airport Boulevard). Follw the service road around the right-hand curve as it runs next to the I-65 South on-ramp. The Holiday in is on the right past the O'Charley's restaurant. Be careful to note that the service road has two-way traffic and frequent yield signs.

From I-65 North or South take Exit 3 (Airport Boulevard - West). At the first red light from the Exit, turn left onto the south service road and follow it around the right-hand curve as it runs next to the I-65 South on-ramp. The Holiday in is on the right past the O'Charley's restaurant. Be careful to note that the service road has two-way traffic and frequent yield signs.
