General Information

The meet is sanctioned under the guidelines of participating states.

NO entry fee is required.

Please have all competing athletes, Open and Invitational, fill out the Athletic Trainer Information Form and return with entries.

No warm-up on infield or track.

Only competing athletes and meet officials on infield and track. Please clear infield after event or awards ceremonies.

Check-in for each event 10 minutes before only.

Relay teams and athletes must abide by uniform rules.

1/4" and 1/8" spikes only for composite tracks.

No chalk markings on track or runways.

Only four events per athlete.

Open Division per school entry limit is 2 athletes per event and 1 relay team per relay.

All Open Division events are run in sections as finals.

All entries must be received by March 30^th . No name substitutions after that deadline.

No individual names needed for relay teams, but t-shirts will be printed from entry forms.

No offical awards or team scoring in Open Division.

Open Division check-in is at Clerk of Course area or individual field event areas as announced.

Please note entries in the Invitational Division are pre-selected, reserved, and limited. No entry forms are needed. Early RSVP needed from invited athletes.

Athletes qualifying out of the Open Division on Friday will be notified at the meet site or at the hotel.

Weight implements will be weighed in before competition at Invitational Division.

Invitational Division check in at benches on infield for all events. Introductions will be made from that location.

Award Ceremony for each event (top 2) in infield at conclusion of event.

PLEASE do not compete Invitational Division athletes in the Open Division unless absolutely needed for relays. Give them a chance to star and give their best performance on Saturday.
