Some movement this past weekend on the Top 20 list, with two pretty large shifts.
The first big change occured between Southern and Toms River North. Southern jumps ahead of Toms River North after a superb performance at the SJ sectional race. Southern was able to put their top 2 runners in the top 10 while still maintaining a decent pack. Toms River North did perform as well as they have (county meet performance) but still did well boasting a 27 second spread between their 1st and 4th man (16:30 - 16:57). Their 5th man ran sub-par and thus costed them the race. They are still a deadly squad and should be a force at the State meet.
The other move occured to Delbraton who have fallen to #10 on the list. They were 3rd at the NJCTC behind CBA and Don Bosco. They remain ahead of Don Bosco however, since Delbraton ran without their lead runner who was out with an illness.
