Mountain View, 
Rockford-Saratoga 
still Number One

Notes by John Dye on the new rankings:

Boys US 
Pre-season #1 The Woodlands TX, which was unseated at the Great American by Mountain View UT, moved up from 6th to 3rd.  Rockford MI dropped a notch to 4th and in-state rival Novi MI moved up a notch to 7th, setting up a big Michigan State Meet matchup.  New Jersey powers Cherokee and Christian Brothers Academy moved up to 8-9.  

Girls US  
Pretty much status quo; still a tie at the top between Rockford  MI and Saratoga NY.  San Lorenzo Valley CA dropped from 6th to 10th after their loss at Mt. SAC.  

Boys Regions
Northeast - Danbury CT moved back up to 3rd after a strong finish.
Midwest - Cincinnati LaSalle dropped back after loss to St. Xavier, which moved into US Super 25.  
West - Campbell County WY moved into 4th after state championship.  

Girls Regions 
Northeast - Concord NH moved into 2nd; Middletown MD dropped out with the injury to their #1 runner Emily Buzzell.
Midwest - York IL moved up to 3rd.  
West - Sara Bei's Montgomery Santa Rosa moved into 4th after good showing at Mt. SAC.
