Honorable Mention - River Dell and Shawnee (both winners of their county meets)

Not a lot of movement this week in the top 20.

Eastern handily won their county meet over Highland. They did not run the best they have run all season but none the less they did not run horrible.

Previous top 20 team, Shawnee, won the Burlington County Open in convincing manner, although there was no real competition. Adam Ambros won the meet running in the 16:40's, just sitting on the leader until about 200 to go. Then Ambros kicked into his normal gear, easily striding to attain the win.

The big movers on the list this week are Toms River North, Don Bosco Prep and Southern.

Toms River North won their county meet (43 -58) over Southern with an impressive performance. They split 16:07 - 16:47 between their 1st thru 5th men, making for an incredible 40 second gap. This proved to be decisive in their victory over Southern. Southern boasted and incredible top 3 that finished 15:46, 16:14 and 16:21 but fell apart with their last two runners. However, Southern is now a big meet threat with the advent of such a talented top 3.

Don Bosco, which I must admit condoned to heavily for a bad performance, came back together at their county meet winning with 18 total points. They split 16:22 - 16:58 for their top 6, a gap of 36 seconds for 6 guys!! It seems like Manhattan was just one of those days, as Don Bosco came back to handily demolish all of the other competition in Bergen County.
