Four more races. One upset.

An upset in the girls race, and surprising times in the both races (if the course is a true 3.1), at the Suburban One American Conference champs Fri, 10/20 at Ursinus College. Paige Miller, Wissahickon, (17:37) lost for the first time this year, taking 2nd to Katie Ewart, U Dublin, who ran 17:09.Wissahickon won the team title by placing four in the top ten.

Matt Daniels, Upper Merion, ran 15:07, as seven boys went under 16:00. Hatboro-Horsham placed three in the top ten for the team title.

In the Suburban One National Conference Meet Fri.10/20, CB East takes the boys title over Council Rock behind an easy win by Karl Dusen's 15:59, 26 seconds ahead of North Penn's Dave Atkiss. The race was run on a 3.1+ course at William Tennent that is different than the shorter Tennent Inv. course. Jessica Cickay, Council Rock, took the girls individual win in 19:45, but CB East took the team title.

Harriton's Alistair Legrand ran a 16:48 at Rose Tree Park on Friday, October 20th in the Del-Val League Championships to edge Sun Valley's Chris Kessler by 4 seconds.Interboro placed four in the top ten.

On Thursday, 10/19, Scranton Prep took the boys team title in the Lackawanna Championships at Lackland High School. Wallenpaupack won the girls team title. Individual winners were Kevin Borrelli, Mountain View, and Stacey Muchal, Valley View.
