Results from Paul Hartman, North Allegheny XC Coach
Stephanie Madia, North Allegheny, led her team to a win over Hampton with a four second win, completing the Northern Invitational 3.1 course in 19:27. North Allegheny had 49 points, Hampton, 71, and Seneca Valley, 106.
On the boys side, Mount Lebanon went 5, 8, 24, 27 and 34 without the help of #1 runner Shawn Cavanaugh. Shaler's Bair, took the race in 16:58. North Allegheny was second in the boys team competition.
