Results
Middletown MD Girls and Good Counsel MD boys won their third straight meets of the season (Interstate Classic and Spiked Shoe PA). Individual bests of the day were Dulaney MD jr Tenke Zoltani and Eastern NJ sr Mike Myers.
Times were slow on one of the toughest courses in the nation, which features two trips down and up a steep ravine known as "the Dip" and a long sidehill stretch through a corn field and woods.
