Rockford girls win as expected
Marquette sr Katie Anderson, who surprisingly topped Rockford star Kalin Toedebusch last week in Dan Wytko's Michigan Top 25, did it on the course with a 10-second victory in a rare meeting (Marquette is in the state of Upper Peninsula, which does not compete in the� Michigan state meet).� Anderson's time was a swift 17:33 over the flat, fast Michigan State course.� Meanwhile, Dathan Ritzenhein won in 14:31, and the US#1 Rockford girls 44 (Colerain OH 116) and US#11 Rockford boys 36 (LaSalle Cincinnati OH 75) won easily.
