consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to
be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators,
waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against Hereford
High School, Baltimore County Public Schools, the race directors and any other
sponsors and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all
injuries suffered by me in this event, even if such injuries result from the
negligence of any of the above named groups or entities.
I represent that I understand that physical training is required in order
to reduce the risk of injury and I represent that I am physically fit and
sufficiently trained for the completion of this event.
