Dathan Ritzenhein 4:08.08 MR and 9:00.63; three Rockford girls in near dead heat in 3200, with Emily Blakeslee winning in 10:55.71 and Kalin Toedebusch and Lindsey Blaisdell tied for second in 10:56.17.  Four Rockford girls ran 4:56 or better in the 1600, headed by Lindsey Blaisdell's  4:50.95.
