Final Instructions
REGISTRATION -
MELLANCAMP CENTER (Friday 5-10pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 7am-noon) - Your
packet is filed alphabetically via school name. You may only pick up your packet
after you fill out and turn in your biographical data card. This information
will be used by the public address announcer. - USATF card - you must have a
valid USATF card in order to pick up your packet. If you do not have one, you
may purchase one at registration. If you have a valid USATF card, but for some
reasons do not have it with you, you may fill out a waiver stating that fact. -
Each school receives one coach's admission bracelet for coach or adult
accompanying athlete.
HOTEL SHUTTLES TO FIELDHOUSE and REGISTRATION - Continuous shuttle between all meet hotels, Mellancamp Center, Gladstein Fieldhouse. It will also run on Friday and Saturday evenings to and from the Mellancamp Center for registration (Friday) and the Athletes' Social (Saturday).
ADMISSION TO GLADSTEIN FIELD HOUSE - ATHLETES - Admission is via the competition number. Athletes are to enter only through the door marked "ATHLETES" - COACHES - Enter through normal admission gate and show admission bracelet. - All others must purchase admission bracelets.
WARMUP - Athletes may warm up in the upper level (1/5 mile loop) of Assembly Hall (adjacent to the Gladstein Fieldhouse). Access by walking through the connecting hallway from the fieldhouse, turning either left or right, and proceeding to the upper level via the ramp. Athletes may also warm up in the Mellancamp Center across the parking lot from the fieldhouse.
HOSPITALITY - The hospitality area is in the Mellancamp Center, near registration. Athletes, coaches, parents and friends are welcome. - Hours of operation: Friday, March 10: 6-9pm ; Saturday, March 11: 10am-3pm.
ATHLETE SOCIAL/DANCE and COACHES/PARENTS RECEPTION - Athletes' Social: Saturday evening, March 11 in the Mellancamp Center from 8-11pm - Coaches/Parents: Saturday evening, March 11 in the I-Man Lounge in Assembly Hall.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION ON SUNDAY, MARCH 12 - A complimentary shuttle to the Indianapolis airport will operate hourly beginning at 2:30pm on Sunday, March 12. Busses will depart from the athletes' entrance of the Gladstein Fieldhouse. - Shuttles will also depart on Monday, March 13 directly from the Holiday Inn. They will depart at 5am, 7am, 9am and early afternoon.
LUGGAGE STORAGE ON SUNDAY, MARCH 12 - Those who wish to store their luggage prior to airport departure, may do so in the area provided in the Gladstein Fieldhouse. The luggage area is through the door at the end of Gladstein Fieldhouse nearest the start of the sprints.
