Ritz' first
college race is an easy success
as he and Jorge Torres (above) run together and finish
tied in 24:47 8k in the Rocky Mountain Shootout at Colorado
U. It was a Colorado freshman record and the third fastest
time ever on CU's tough Buffalo Ranch course, but Torres and
Ritzenhein both said they agreed to run the race in tandem
and "not kill ourselves" because they have big races
coming up. Afterwards, Dathan Ritzenhein hung out with some
