  To qualify, you must run at ALL meets (excluding Stanford) and have 
    no missed practices (Excused, Unexcused or holidays), or the best attendance.

- First year running Cross-Country
- Has the #33 Sophomore time on Lynbrook course
- Improved 1:01 on Crystal Springs course
- Went from 13th runner early in the season to #9 at Leagues
- Switched from tennis to XC based on a suggestion by her sister

* JVG MVP      (Nishi Waghray)
- Third year running Cross-Country
- Has the #33 AT and #15 Junior time on Crystal course
- Ran JV all year long but due to her League performance, ran Varsity at CCS
- Now owns the fastest time for her family on the Crystal course

* F/S MI       (AJ Flint) 
- Second year running Cross-Country
- Improved 1:07 on Lynbrook course from last year
- Improved :24 on Crystal course
- Improved his times from last year on every course this year

* F/S MVP      (Andrew Jang) 
- Second year running Cross-Country
- Has the #59 Soph time on Crystal
- The last 4 races of the year he ranked 8th or better (6th at Leagues)
- Based on his League Finals race, was moved up to Varsity for CCS

* VG MI        (Michelle Yee) 
- First year running Cross-Country
- Has the #18 AT and #7 Frosh time on Crystal course
- Improved :59 on Crystal course
- Started as our #10 girl and finished #3 at CCS
- Has the best impersonation of 'A deer in headlights'

* VG MVP       (MayC Huang) 
- Fourth year running Cross-Country
- Is the School Record holder on:
    Fremont course
    Saratoga course
    Central Park couse
    Toro Park course
    Lynbrook course
- Is #5 All-Time on Crystal course
- Finished as #1 runner for Lynbrook in every Meet

* VB MI        (Amrit Subramanian) 
- First year running Cross-Country
- Has the # 13 Frosh time on Lynbrook course
- Has the #19 Frosh time on Crystal course
- Improved :40 on Crystal course
- Started season as our #9 man and improved as high to our #3 man

* VB MVP       (Jason Wang) 
- Fourth year running Cross-Country (Varsity all 4 years)
- Has #2 All-Time on Toro Park course
- Has the #2 time on Lynbrook course
- Has the #55 All-Time and #39 Senior time on Crystal course
- Finished as the #1 man in 3 of his last 4 races of the season
- Is the School Record holder with 522 miles over the summer

* VG Coaches   (Julia Yao)
- Third year running XC
- Got the stretching going with her voracious voice
- Watched after us whether it was in Hawaii or at Crystal
- Led by example
- Has an infectious laugh - especially when the radio would change on its own

* VB Coaches   (Michael Liu)
- Four year XC runner
- Raced hard, ran hard, played hard
- His van held almost as many runners as my Suburban
- Was there when I needed him, ie.  CCS alternate, driver, team leader
