Murrieta Valley CA (from 18th), 11. Oakton VA (from 25th), 12. Medina OH (from 19th), and 13. The Woodlands TX (from 23rd). Eight teams previously unranked made the Super 25 this time.
In the girls list, season-long #1 Fayetteville-Manlius NY continued its march through another great season en route to a likely defense of its national title at Nike Team Nationals in Portland OR on December 1. Biggest moves were made by Dakota Ridge Littleton CO, from unranked to #3 after its big victory in the Colorado state meet, and former national champion Saratoga Springs NY, from 23rd to #4 after wins over previous #3 Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake NY. Saugus CA rose from 4th to 2nd after its big win at Mt. SAC. Dakota Ridge led 5 other new teams into the top 25.
