  Emily Sisson led Millard North to the girls team title with 95 points, edging rival Millard West (94.5).  Plattsmouth scored 98 to win the boy's competition.  Sisson ran meet records of 5:03.0 in the 1600 and 10:49.1 in the 3200.  Team-mate Megan Oddo was second in both events. running 5:21.3/ 11:34.6. Andrew Mitteis led Plattsmouth, winning the 1600 and 3200 (4:29.2/ 10:01.0) and placing third in the 800 (1:59.6, behind Matt Evers of Bellevue East 1:58.0 and Willie White, Omaha Benson 1:59.6).
   Other top boys marks including Nic Johnson (Omaha North) running 10.8 to edge team-mate and 200 champ Kirk Carter (10.8/ 22.3).  Andy Jansen (Bryan, Omaha) ran 50.1 to win the 400.  Darryl Hawkins (Omaha Central) won the 110H (15.8) and HJ (6-4).  Cody Linder (Plattsmouth) won the TJ at 46-9 and won the JL at 20-9.
   Cierra Sellers (Omaha North) won the girls sprints (12.6/ 26.4)  Tara Korshoj (Millard West) won the 400 at 59.7 the LJ at 16-11.5 and won the TJ at 37-1.5, and Laura Tracey (Omaha Westside) took the 800 at 2:22.9.  Kianna Elahi (Millard North) won the hurdle (15.2/ 45.8).  Megan Pierce-Cramer (Benson, Omaha) took the SP at 42-4.75 and Sarah Gilbert (Papillion LaVista) took the HJ at 5-4.
   
Columbus Invitational 3/29/08 (Boys only)
    Kearney rolled to the team title with 200 points.  Nate Polacek had Kearney's top mark, leaping 15-0 to win the vault.  Jon Ronhovde (Fremont) had a nice 4:32.05/ 9:52.44 double to take the distances.  Jake Chatelain took the 110H (15.11), HJ (6-2) and TJ (44-6.25) with team-mate Brett Maher going 22-3.5 in the LJ
 
Ralston Ram Relays 3/29/08
    Norfolk swept the boys and girls team tites in this relays only format meet.  Millard South turned a quick 3:27.4 boys 4 x 400.  Marian of Omaha won the girls 4 x 1600 in 23:42.8,  Distance medley in 13:31.0, and 4 x 800 in 10:37.0.
 
Ed Moore Invitational @ Gothenberg 3/29/08
     Good field marks from Matt Henry (Sidney, 51-9 SP) and Marcus Hartzler (Sidney 6-4 HJ) while Ogallala's Jesse Adams took the distances in 4:35.5 and 9:54.6.  Cameron Bullock PV'd 14-1 to lead Gothenburg to the team title.  Jenni Sis (Perkins County) won the 100 (12.6), 200 (26.8) and HJ (5-2).  Gothenburg also took the girl's title.
 
LeRoy Hoehner Invitational @ McCook
    Host McCook took the boys and girls title's. Sam Frazier highlighted the host's win with at 165-1 DT.  Colby KS's Mitchell Tuma turned a 10.8 in the 100.  Kelsee Meisnner (McCook) took the girl's shot with a toss of 41-0.
 
Elwood Invitational 3/28/08
    Betrand took the boys and girls team titles, with Mati Shipp running a quick 1:57.3 to win the boys 800.  Keifer Burke (Maxwell) tossed the SP 53-11.5.  Jacey Schultheiss (Eustis-Farnam) took the girl's HJ at 5-4.
