Note: The meet is named after Carl Owczarzak, a long-time respected coach in the Kansas City area who coached in Kansas City KS and at Shawnee Mission West. He is still very active in the youth track area and is a highly respected wrestling referee also.

- Senior Girls Race: Erin Beck (Blue Valley North) crushes the field, running 15:14, with Stefanie Stuever (Lawrence) second at 16:11 and Lisa Barrett (Blue Valley Northwest) third at 16:52).
- Junior Boys Race: Roy Wedge (Lawrence) dominates, running 15:57, with Justin Scott (Blue Valley West) second at 16:50 and Vince Migliazzo (Rockhurst) third at 16:55
- Junior Girls Race: Ashley Washburn (St. Thomas Aquinas) zips a 15:34 to win, with Kacie Schoen (Leavenworth, 16:15) second atnd Emily DeLong (St. Thomas Aquinas) third at 16:34.
- Sophomore Boys Race: Joseph Stringer (Lawrence) runs 16:54, pulling away to win, with Chris Hughes (Blue Valley Northwest, 17:15) and Evan Baranowski (Rockhurst, 17:42) following.
- Sophomore Girls Race: Ellie Mohr blitzes a 15:36, leading a Blue Valley Northwest 1-2-3, with team-mates Anna Roxberg (16:16) and Catie Miller (16:16) following.
- Freshman Boys Race: Scott Tetambull (Rockhurst, 17:13) edges Simon Fangman (Lawrence 17:15) for the title, with Zach Herriott (Rockhurst) third at 17:18
- Freshman Girls Race: Gabby Embry (Blue Valley North) cruises a 15:55 for the title, with team-mate Ally O'Hearne second at 16:39 and Kelsey Glowick (Blue Valley Northwest) third at 16:49.
