SATURDAY HIGHLIGHTS
*  Betsy and Katy Flood lead Dowling (West Des Moines) to a 9:25.47 4 x 800 win.  North Tama (9:34.55), with their own sister's (the Dinsdales) take second, with Iowa City (9:42.68) and Iowa City West (9:42.82) also under 9:45.
* Urbandale (64.09) leads girls shuttle hurdle relays qualifiers, then takes the final at 62.40.
* Pleasant Valley, with 3200 winner Devin Allbaugh) wins the boys 4 x 800 in 7:54.89.  Ames (8:01.28) edges Waukee (8:02.01) for second.
* Betsy Flood (Dowling, West Des Moines) wins her third gold medal of the meet, running 4:39.18) to take the 1500 from Shelby Houlihan (Sioux City East, 4;39.46) and sister Katie Flood (Dowling, 4:40.70).
* AG Bradford (Davenport North) wins her second hurdle title of the meet, taking the 400H in a Drake Relays record 61.01.
* Faith Burt anchors Cedar Falls to a 48.92 4 x 100 title, with Waukee (49.06) and Iowa City West (49.68) in second and third.
* Waukee wins the girls 4 x 400 in a Drake Relays record 3:53.65, breaking the 1980 mark by Indianola of 3:53.90.  North Tama is a strong second at 3:56.45, with Sioux City East third at 4:00.18.
* Blake Irwin (4:16.93) and Devin Allbaugh (4:19.97) go 1-2 for Pleasant Valley in the boys 1600, with Isaac Wedland (Charles City) third at 4:21.00.
* Ethan Holmes (Clinton) wins the 400H in 53.56, with Mike Koehler (Washington) edging Kellyn Fogarty (Marshalltown) for second, both in 54.16.
* Burlington wins the boys 4 x 100 (43.07) with Ames (43.43) and Iowa City (43.46) second and third.
* Cedar Falls crushes the field in the boys 4 x 400, running 3:19.34.  St. Edmond is second at 3:23.09, with Iowa City West third at 3:24.41.

* Faith Burt (Cedar Falls) lead girls 100 qualifiers at 12.46.
* Burt wins the 100 final at 12.36.  Callan Jacobsen of Benton Community is second at 12.43.
* AG Bradford (Davenport North) leads 100H qualifiers at 12.69.
* Bradford wins the 100H in 14.29, edging Alex Gouchnour (Logan-Magnolia, 14.29).
* Waukee wins the 800 sprint medley in 1:48.04, with Cedar Falls second with a first-section 1:49.13.
* Jennifer Jorgensen (Webster-Gnd.) wins the LJ at 18-3.5.
* Taylor Freeman (Iowa City West) adds the DT to her SP title with 139-6 throw.
* Jarred Herring (Burlington) leads 100 qualifiers with 11.01.
* Herring wins the 100 final in 10.69, with Brandon Wegher (Bishop Heelan, 10.92) and Derek Kramer (Xavier, Cedar Rapids, 10.98) also under 11.00.
* Jordan Mullen (Atlantic) leads 110H qualifiers with 14.80.
* Mullen wins the 110H final at 15.36, with Dan Davis (Iowa City West) second at 14.54.
* Mid-Prarie wins the 1600 sprint medley in 3:30.42 in section three, with Cedar Falls second overall after winning section two at 3:31.31.
* Colten Kelly (Anamosa) wins the HJ at 6-9, matching the stadium record, with Travis Leurer (Laurens-Mara.) second at 6-8.
* Drew Clark (Marion) wins the SP with a last round 58-0.75.  Brandon Scherff (Denison-Schl.) is second with a last round 56-8.5.
* Colette Gnade (Waukee) wins the 800 in 2:14.09, edging Blaire Dinsdale (North Tama, 2:14.61).  Shelby Houlihan (Sioux City East) is third 2:15.34 in front of the Katie Flood (2:15.96) and Betsy Flood (2:17.16).  The Floods, from Dowling (West Des Moines) went 1-2 Thursday in the 3000.
* Burlington wins the boys 4 x 200 in 1:29.93.
* Faith Burt anchors Cedar Falls girls to 49.43 in 4 x 100 qualifying.  Waukee (49.47) and Iowa City West (49.83) are also under 50.00
* North Tama, led by Brooke and Blaire Dinsdale, lead 4 x 400 qualifiers with a 4:01.17 heat one win.  Waukee (4:01.90) takes heat two, with Sioux City East (4:02.42), Iowa City West (4:03.16) and Cedar Falls (4:04.61) all under 4:05.
* Xavier (Cedar Rapids) runs 43.39 to edge Ames (43.44) in heat two and leads boys 4 x 100 qualifiers.
* St. Edmond (3:23.22) wins heat two over Cedar Falls (3:24.25) to lead boys 4 x 400 qualifiers.


THURSDAY HIGHLIGHTS

Thursday Highlights
*Katie (9:56.23) and Betsy (9:58.25) Flood (Dowling, West Des Moines) go 1-2 in the 3000.
*Hannah Willms (Dike-New Hartford) wins the HJ at 5-9, edging AG Bradford (Davenport North) on misses.  Kendra DeJong (Unity Chritian) is third at 5-8.
*Danielle Frere (Muscatine) dominates a deep shot competition with nine over 40 feet.  Frere won with a second round48-2.75 and had three other throws over 44 feet.
*Devin Allbaugh (Pleasant Valley runs 9:22.01 to dominate the 3200.
*Zach Bennington (Central-Elkader) pops a 23-0.25 to win the LJ.
*Thomas Reynolds (Iowa City West) unleashes a 191-0 throw in round four to dominate the DT.  Reynolds also had tosses of 187-7, 186-6 and 184-4 in his series.
