Banfich, Lanciaux, Fremont biggest winners at Portage Invite - ... But the weather was the most dominant force at the Portage Invitational, with record 85-degree temps. 2-time FL Finalist Alex Banfich from Culver IN beat Michigan's finest with a meet-leading 17:59. James Lanciaux topped Bobby Aprill in the tough D2 race, as MW#7 Fremont beat Dexter. MW#3 Pinckney won the D1 boys.
MW#5 Fremont, AA Pioneer win in Carson City - The two powers were in separate races at Don Baese Invitational. Maverick Darling 15:11 and Rebecca Addison 18:34 were the fastest of the day.
