GIRLS
Fairview CO captured the Distance Medley in 12:25.70, holding off a late bid from Lamar TX in 12:26.13.

Fairview had a sizeable lead heading into the 1600 anchor, after a superb 3:33 leadoff 1200 leg by sr Sarah Cocco.

Lamar anchor jr Halsey Fowler caught Fairview’s Meredith MacGregor on lap 2, but MacGregor held her off on the final straight.

• Obviously our first runner Sarah Cocco got us out really well. Our team worked really hard for the first three legs and I didn't want to lose it for them. I felt good coming into the last lap and I just pushed it hard.
