- Megan Patignelli (Monroe- Woodbury, NY) stayed in 3rd most of the 1000 yards until the final straight where she got past Erin McKenna (Ramapo NJ) and Julie Sinkovitz (IHA). McKenna's and Sinkovitz's times are among the fastest ever run in Bergen Cty history.
- Mike Abelard (Ramapo, NY) just held off team mate Chidi Ezemma in a fast 32.7 300 yards. A 3rd Ramapo runner Kevin Malivert was able to nail down 3rd overall by winning the unseeded heat.
