Summary: Clay had great time of it: first she cleared 10-0 on first attempt, then 10-6 on first attempt, it was 11-0 on her first attempt. Clay cleared 11-6 and decided to bypass 12-1 and go for a personal best that would have been 12-6. She was thrilled to have won after only clearing one height last year as a freshman. "I was a little nervous last year, but I kind of matured this year", said an elated Clay. |
