Entry Form for Juniors and Seniors
| You must have a current 2000 USATF membership number. |
| You must be a USA citizen & otherwise eligible to represent USA
In International competition |
| Age requirements:
| Juniors: born between January 1, 1981 and February 13, 1986
you can not turn 20 in 2000. Bring birth Certificate |
| Seniors: Men must be born on or before February 13, 1984
Women born on or before February 13, 1986 |

| IAAF World Cross Championships, March 18-19, Villamouca, Portugal
Top 6 Places in the following races will qualify:
| Junior women 6k |
| Junior men 8k |
| Senior women 4k |
| Senior women 8k |
| Senior men 4k |
| Senior men 12k |
|
| Those planning to qualifying for the World Championships should
have:
A. Current passport valid through April, 2000
B. Be able to travel from March 13th to March 20th, 2000
C. Fill out all REQUIRED Travel information at Nationals with USATF.
6. Drug Testing will be conducted by USOC. Call USOC drug hotline for
a free brochure about what is banned. ph. 800-233-0393, many
over the counter medications can not be taken.
7. Prize Money: A current Direct Payment License issued from USATF is
necessary to receive prize money in excess of $500. College athletes and
high school athletes are not eligible for prize money. Prize money will be
announced. |
