Division 1
Colangelo easily outsprinted Emond last week and I
expect him to do the same this week as he gears up for
Footlocker. The race for third should be quite a
battle between Gartrell, Drappi and Shoemaker. 
Palazola would have been in that battle, but his
training has been hampered by a bad achilles all
season. Look for top sophomore Glew to try to crack
the top 10.

Teams
Dunsky fooled us all again. I should have known
better. Finally the whole team runs and runs well and
they looked awesome winning the div 2 title. More
importantly, 3 of the top 5 (Colangelo, Palazola and
Milne) had a lot left at the end and were just
coasting. The fourth man (Smith) is just coming back
from injury and he may improve significantly over last
week. Lastly, the 5th man (Murphy) had an off race. 
All of this spells trouble for St Johns (S) . I see
the big G winning 55 to 95 (adjusted scoring). There
is one caveat, and that is that Gloucester lacks depth
and if any of their top 5 runs poorly they could lose
to both Preps (Shewsbury and Danvers). Look for Prep
(Danvers) to take 3rd with an adjusted score of about
135. Wachusett is coming on late.

left. I give a slight edge to Decoste because he has
improved the most.

worst race of the year and still advanced. Three of
their top 5 ran races that were arguably the worst
races of their lives. They must have ate what Ahmed
ate. I can't see that combination happening again. I
see them winning easy here. King Philip would love to
see me eat my words (laugh).
