Berkeley Invitational

In both the boys and girls races, the eventual winners, Rolf Steier for

the boys and Christa Benton for the girls, led right from the gun, with

each steadily lengthening their lead over the course of 3 mile race, and

with both running relatively fast times for the slow course: Steier

running 15:39, and Benton 18:47.
