Subject: KS State HS Meet

Date: 6/4/97

A couple of additions and corrections to Phil Weishaar's 6/3/97 notes on the Kansas High School State meet.

The Class 5A Liberal boys have now won 7 straight team championships while their girls have won 4 straight. The Liberal boys scored 162 points including 9 golds.

We visited with Girard's Morgan High (freshman, 5-10 HJer) about her summer plans. No T&F, just take drivers ed so she can get her license and do some lifting. "Next spring I'll be ready to give it another go."

Notes for future reference: Where They'll Be Going!
