National stars Erin Sullivan and Andy Powell ruled over 2,000 runners.

Defending national FootLocker champion Sullivan, Mt. Mansfield VT, broke a course record for the second straight week in 17:42 (5k) - Powell, of Oliver Ames MA, ran 15:56, nine seconds ahead of Neal D'Amato, Xavier CT.  Large school team winners were Fitch CT boys, Central NH girls - small schools: Mohawk Trail MA boys, Oyster River NH girls.
