Carroll County Championships

A Westminster Sweep

Westminster boys beat South Carroll 24-32 to win its fourth straight Carroll County championship. It was the 5th matchup of season between the defending Maryland 4A and 3A boys champions, and Westminster won them all, but by less than 10 points each time. Westminster placed 1-2-3 with Jason Santucci on top in 16:43. Westminster girls were a 27-48 winner over Liberty, with North Carroll's Colleen Lawson winning the individual title in 20:09.
