NOTE: This was the first year for
relay rankings on DyeStat. We obviously missed badly in setting the cutoff for this
event at 1:40 as only six schools met the standard. Once a cutoff standard is set,
it is not feasible to lower it, because that would mean going back over all of the meets
already entered for the season to find teams that met the lower standard. We will
make a more realistic cutoff standard for 1999 to try to identify the top 100 teams in the
US.
